THE DESIGN BUILD PROCESS

The process begins with a consultation to ensure the client and company philosophies are aligned. If so, our Lead Designer will create a Landscape Concept Plan for the property, taking into account property characteristics, budget estimates, and client needs and wishes. Upon acceptance of this Plan, Detailed Planting Plans, Construction Details, installation scheduling, and cost estimates can be formulated and a contract can be drawn up.  

We currently concentrate on the Golden Horseshoe of cities around Lake Ontario from Toronto to Niagara-on-the-Lake, but have clients from Vancouver to Montreal to New York. 

Our Design Services are open to an even wider geographic base.  With accurate property measurements, we can design properties around the globe and consider management of design installation in certain situations.
